Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Bendrix Marketing ("Bendrix"), an internal content planning and publishing tool operated by Sociedad Gourmet for the brands of its group.

1. Eligibility

Bendrix is available only to people invited by our organization. By signing in you confirm that you are authorized to manage the social media accounts you connect.

2. Connected accounts

You may connect accounts on third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile and TikTok. Your use of each platform remains subject to its own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. YouTube features use YouTube API Services; by using them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect any account at any time from Settings → Accounts.

3. Publishing

Bendrix publishes only content that a team member has created or approved and scheduled. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish and for complying with the rules of each platform, including commercial-content disclosure where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Bendrix to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to manage.
• Do not interfere with the security or operation of the service.

5. Data

We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and liability

Bendrix is provided "as is" for internal use. We may change or suspend features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failures of third-party platforms or for content published by users.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
